Paul Eid

Head of Finance

Paul has 20 years of experience in financial management, including financial operations, Fiscal, Legal and Banking relations.

Paul joined Quantum Communications in 1999. As the Head of Finance of Quantum Communications, he handles various communications, media and content capabilities.

In addition to his financial expertise, Paul contributed to the drafting of different fiscal regulations with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance Authorities mainly in the communications sector.

Paul holds a MBA and a BS in Banking and Finance from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.

Lara Hajj

Programs Director

Lara is the programs director at Quantum. In this capacity since 2007, she directs and coordinates all management aspects of projects with external contractors and several Group divisions, from public relations and event management to media monitoring, planning and buying.

Lara leads on communication and reporting with project teams and senior management, as well as monitoring progress versus project plans.

She holds a BA in public administration and political science with a minor in psychology, graduating with distinction from the American University of Beirut.

Jean-Pierre Katrib

Public Affairs Director

Jean-Pierre joined Quantum Group in April of 2007 and is currently Public Affairs Director at Quantum Communications.

He holds an MA in political sociology from the Lebanese University as well as an MA in human rights and democratization from the University of Malta and the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Since 2001, Jean-Pierre has been an active member of the Foundation for Human & Humanitarian Rights (Lebanon) – an independent, non-governmental organization that advocates human rights and education.

In spring of 2008, he was a visiting Fikra fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy in Washington DC where he published on the critical role of electoral reforms in Lebanon’s troubled political environment.

Jean-Pierre is also a lecturer at Sagesse University and previously a trainer with the Office of Regional External Programs at the American University of Beirut instructing on public speaking and media campaign management.

Amanda Nimmer

Associate Program Director

Amanda Nimmer is a Washington DC-based  associate program director. Since 2009, she has been involved in all aspects of Quantum’s business with US based clients and partners, supporting team members across several function areas and providing US clients with a local conduit to reach the best creative talent in the MENA region.

Prior to joining Quantum, Amanda worked for a start-up firm based in DC providing strategic communications services to the US Government in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Amanda holds a BS in business administration with a focus on marketing from East Carolina University, studying abroad in Milan and Beirut.

Amanda’s interests include skiing, snowboarding, biking, horseback riding, scuba diving, music festivals, sushi and wine. She is currently learning to row as a recent member of the Capitol Rowing Club.
